Terms

ORDERING

Orders may be placed by mail, by FAX, by phone or e-mail.

Once the details of the order have been finalized a shipping quote will be determined and added to the order quote.

When the signed quote and deposit or pre-pay have been received by Skyline Designs, the quote is considered an order and then entered in the production schedule.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept business checks, money orders, and bank checks.

We also accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card.

PAYMENT TERMS

All fixtures and cabinets are built to order.

There is no exchange or return of any of our products.

All Sales Are Final

A  deposit or pre-payment is required to secure the order and production time.

All orders must be paid in full, including shipping, prior to being released for shipment.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Change of orders is allowed until the order reaches the production process. Order changes may incur additional fees.

DELIVERY TIMES

An on-time delivery is important to you, therefore it is important to us. We make every effort possible to meet the estimated delivery time.

However, some things are out of our control and shipping and delivery times given by Skyline Designs are estimates only.

No accommodations or compensation will be given if the order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date.

DAMAGE, SHORTAGE OR DISCREPANCIES

We make every reasonable effort to build and package your order to arrive safely and complete. Unfortunately accidents happen.

Please inspect your shipment thoroughly upon arrival and record any visible damage on the delivery receipt ( bill of lading ) before signing.
